Homeownership is not just a transaction to me. It is a stepping stone to stability, financial freedom, and legacy. I grew up seeing how stressful money can get when there is no plan or no support. I do this work because I want families to have a smarter path, with clear answers and an honest guide.

My main focus is first time homebuyers in Central Florida, especially people who already live here and want to plant roots. If you are trying to buy in Polk County, Osceola County, Orange County, Lake County, or the surrounding Central Florida area, I can help you build a plan and move step by step.
I am licensed in Florida, and I have traveled all around the state, including years of travel baseball when I was younger. That is a big reason I know Florida so well, and why I enjoy helping buyers find the right fit for where they want to live.
